One Year Pictures

We have some one year pictures of Emma(actually almost 14 months). We got them done at JC Penney. I love them, however Emma looks so grown up in some of them....*tear* Emma had a lot of fun doing these, however there was a brand new little baby boy across the hall getting his one month pictures down and every time he would cry, Emma would want to run across the hall to see what the problem was! She wasts to make sure everyone is always happy, just like her!!

We are going to make a trip to the apple orchard this weekend(probably Sunday after church). Emma has not been yet, she was too small last year, and being a preemie, I didn't want her out that long in the cold air. I can't wait, I love this time of year and nothing says "Welcome, Fall" like going to the orchard for some warm AND frozen apple cider, buying miniature pumpkins, Indian corn and guords-sp??, getting some homemade fried doughnuts, and picking out pumpkins! My, oh my, I am such a country girl, well-HELLO I do live in a small town in the middle of the country-and I wouldn't have it any other way!!

Go Colts! I am so happy you won your first game of the season!

I am sure thirsty after all that yelling that Mama did!! Are all Colts' games like this??

Now all you have to do is beat those stinkin New England Patriots this season! That would make me(and my Mama and Daddy) VERY HAPPY!!!!

Well, the game was fun, but playing in Walter's water was funner! What an exciting Sunday!

Just some randoms.....

Things here are good! I am really enjoying life right now. Emma keeps getting funner and funnier. She is walking all over the place. She is also really starting to throw temper tantrums now too! We were in Target the other night and I took something away from her and the screaming began. Ahhhhh, the stares I got. I never realized how much people do stare at you when your kid is screaming, but now I DO!! All well, life goes on!!

We have Emma's one year pictures coming up on the 19th. Only a month and half late :) I can't wait to get them done. We are doing some of her favorite toys and some cute outfits. I will have to post some of them when I get them!

Brandon's grandma came out of surgery great and it sounds like she is healing well! Thank you God! We love her so much and I really want Emma to remember her Great Mamaw and Papaw!

A little off the topic--I follow a lot of blogs that I found through prayer chains for sick children. I am so thankful Emma is not sick, but at the same time, I praise God that these babies are being healed, either here on Earth or up in Heaven!

Last, but not least, please try to remember the lives lost on this day 8 years ago. If you pray, please say a prayer for those souls and their families. God Bless them all!
